The Wisconsin State Fair gave it the coveted Blue Ribbon "Seal of Excellence". Smooth & creamy, our made-from-scratch fudge is cooked in old-world copper kettles and hand paddled on my marble table. Customers tell us it's the best they've ever had. Unlike most other's "cream & butter" fudge, it doesn't contain any preservatives, hydrogenated oils or shortenings and is not made from a commercial mix.  We only use fresh Wisconsin Grade AA butter & cream, pure & natural, our pledge to you. Shelf life is 2 weeks or over 4 weeks refrigerated. The chocolate fudges are made with Belgian Chocolate. All come in a complimentary seasonal gift box.
