Homemade old fashioned buttery kettle made brittle with jumbo roasted cashews is only offered in lb. increments due to packaging.  We use the freshest roasted jumbo cashews in every batch made.  Each pound of brittle comes individually packaged in our clear cello bags with sticker to insure proper freshness.  Each batch of brittle is specially made the day the order is placed to provide the best taste and satisfaction.
